Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom orders and pre-orders may require additional processing time — estimated timeframes will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates We offer flat rate shipping on all orders within Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that we do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery Times Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location within Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information where available.

Local Pickup We love meeting our customers in person! Free local pickup is available — simply use the corresponding discount code at checkout to remove shipping costs:

• Penguin Market, Tasmania — every Sunday (use code PENGUINPICKUP at checkout) • Devonport, Tasmania — every Tuesday (use code DEVONPORTPICKUP at checkout)
